Privacy policy

This site is operated by Zhejiang Zhentanzhe Intelligent Electronics Co., Ltd. ("we"), Building 16, No. 337, 12th Road, Xinghai Street, Longwan District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang 325000, China. This policy explains what personal data we collect through propanetorchs.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send the inquiry form we receive your name, company, email address, country, the models and quantities you ask about, your message, the page you sent it from, your IP address and the country derived from it. If you email or message us directly, we receive the details you include.

Why we use it

We use these details to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, arrange samples and manage orders (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries). The IP address is used only to block spam and abuse.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and China. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to three years after our last contact, or longer if they lead to an order and we must keep business records by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to mark@fulveraglobal.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Analytics and cookies

We count visits with the UStat analytics service, which records page views, referrer, screen size, language and a hashed device fingerprint. Visitors from the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first. See our cookie notice.
