Quality control
Short answer. Checks run at each stage - incoming parts, assembly benches, finished-unit testing and final inspection - backed by a dedicated testing workshop, camera-based part inspection and third-party EU type-examination certificates that name the certified models.
Checks at each stage
- Incoming parts and materials. Zinc castings, plastic parts, valves, seals and igniters are checked against the model's specification before they enter the line.
- At the assembly bench. Workers ignite and check the flame of units as they are built, so a drifting part is caught at the bench.
- On the line. Camera-based stations inspect parts and assemblies.
- Testing workshop. Finished units go through checks in a dedicated testing workshop before packing.
- Final inspection. Cartons are checked before they close, and we can share inspection photos with your order.

Third-party verification
In-house checks are backed by documents you can verify:
- EU type-examination certificates for certified models: samples tested by notified bodies to EN 521 and related standards (GK 007996 001 for propane torches, GB 003869 001 for butane kitchen burners). A type-examination confirms the tested sample; production conformity is handled under the Gas Appliances Regulation, and we supply the related documents with orders.
- A GB/T 38522-2020 test report for the domestic market (partial test items, report 0825014455).
- Chinese design patents for GF-8011, GF-8012 and GF-8015.
See the documents on the certificates page and the standards behind them in standards.
What we send with your order
- Certificate copies for the models you ordered.
- Test report numbers you can quote to your market surveillance authority.
- Inspection and packing photos on request.
If something goes wrong
Agree the inspection point and defect handling before production starts: what is checked, what happens if your inspection finds a problem, and how replacements are shipped. Put it in the order confirmation so both sides work to the same rule.
